Gift cards are delivered by email within 2–3 business days and are valid for 12 months.

2. Original Payment Method

Refunds to your original payment method are processed within 7–10 business days after your return is received.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Please allow up to 3 additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

We do not offer direct exchanges.
You may return your item for a refund or choose a gift card with bonus value, then place a new order.

• We do not cover customs duties or taxes on returned items.
