Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item, no questions asked. Please ensure your return is shipped back within this window.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition
- Tags must still be attached
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Exclusions
We do not accept returns on:
- Underwear (including socks)
- Perfumes without original plastic seal
- Final Sale items
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Worn or damaged items not previously reported to our support team

Gift Card Refund (+15%)
Get your refund faster — with a bonus. Choose a Morelia gift card and receive 15% extra value. Gift cards are delivered by email within 2–3 business days and valid for 12 months.
Original Payment Method
Refunds to your original payment method are processed within 7–10 business days after your return is received. You’ll be notified by email once it’s issued. Please allow up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return your item for a refund or opt for a gift card with bonus value.
Return Costs & Customs
Return shipping costs are at your expense and vary by country and courier.
We do not cover customs duties or taxes on returns.
Please retain your proof of shipment — we cannot process returns without valid tracking.
Processing Time
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we process it within 10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation once your refund is issued.
