At Morelia, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and transparent delivery for all our customers.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or temporary stock issues, processing may be delayed. You will be notified by email if your order is affected.


Shipping Zones

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3 to 7 business days

  • Canada: 5 to 10 business days

  • International: 7 to 15 business days (depending on location)


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available for orders over $100 USD within the United States and Canada.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.


Delivery Issues & Returns

If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@morelia.com. In case of loss, damage, or delivery error, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly — through replacement, refund, or store credit.
