At MORÉLIA, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel an order and how cancellation requests are handled.
Order Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once your order has entered the fulfillment stage, cancellation may no longer be possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@moreliaofficiel.com and include your order number and the reason for your request.
Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
However, you may still be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Exceptions
• Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
• Promotional or limited‑time offers may be subject to different cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated at checkout.
