Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy – Morelia

At Morelia, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel an order and how we handle cancellation requests.

 Order Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once your order has entered the fulfillment stage, cancellation may no longer be possible.

To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@morelia.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.


Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still be eligible for a return or refund.


Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.


Exceptions

  • Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.

  • Promotional or limited-time offers may be subject to different cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated at checkout.
